From September 16–19, researchers from all over the world came to Vienna for the DGPs Congress – IFS was involved with five contributions.

We are very pleased that numerous IFS scientists were at the 53rd DGPs Congress on the topic of "Humans, Environment, Media" in Vienna. The conference of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) was jointly organized with the 15th conference of the Austrian Psychological Society (ÖGP).

The IFS was represented with a total of five contributions. A hybrid symposium by Ruben Kleinkorres and co-author Justine Stang-Rabrig took place on the topic of "Well-being of different actors in the school context". Carina Schreiber spoke about the development of personality and intercultural skills of students abroad. Sira Neuhaus' lecture highlighted the relevance of ethnic discrimination for the competence level of students with a migrant background. Professor Birgit Heppt gave a lecture on the connection between discriminatory school climate and teaching quality and Elisabeth Graf spoke about emotions in political education.

We thank you for the joint exchange!
