Prior to the final A-level exams in Germany, people expressed concerns  that the “Corona Abitur” might result in poorer results for the pupils. In an interview with SPIEGEL, Nele McElvany discussed reasons that could support this development and why one should not (yet) assume a corona bonus from the perspective of empirical educational research.
