Dortmund Symposium on Empirical Educational Research

The Center for Research on Education and School Development (IFS) at the TU Dortmund University will host the eleventh Dortmund Symposium on Empirical Educational Research on June 11, 2027, focusing on the topic “Assessing and developing teaching quality: Debates and current trends”.

The Dortmund Symposium on Empirical Educational Research addresses researchers in particular and provides for an intensive exchange between the disciplines in that all presentations – main lecture, short comments, study presentations, topic statements – are accompanied by plenary discussions. In addition, selected young researchers will also have the opportunity to present their work in the form of short lectures and posters.
