Katharina Molitor successfully defends her dissertation

Katharina Molitor successfully completes her doctorate in educational science.

Katharina Molitor, a research assistant in Professor Nele McElvany's working group at the IFS since November 2019, successfully defended her doctorate in educational science on 6 May 2025. Her dissertation is entitled ‘Towards Equal Opportunities: Understanding Predictors of Educational Attainment and Well-Being in Secondary Education’. She is currently also working on the NEPS - National Educational Panel Study – Stage 4 project as operational project manager.
