Professor Benjamin Fauth (University of Education Freiburg) gave a lecture on classroom research and instructional development.

As part of the IFS lecture series, the IFS welcomed Professor Benjamin Fauth from the University of Education Freiburg. In his lecture titled “From Classroom Research to Instructional Development: Nothing Is as Practical as a Good Theory,” he presented key perspectives on the connection between research and classroom development.

Benjamin Fauth is professor of empirical educational research with a focus on school development. His research encompasses issues in empirical school and classroom quality research as well as applied evaluation and implementation research.

The IFS lecture series takes place on Thursdays from 2:15 to 3:45 p.m. in Room 022 of the CDI Building. This year, the series focuses on the topic “Paths of School Development.”

We would like to thank Professor Fauth for many thought-provoking insights and all participants for their interest.
