Career and professional fields of former PhD students

Former PhD students are now active in a wide range of fields both within and outside academia. They work at universities and colleges in research and teaching, are involved in research institutes and scientific organisations in the field of educational research, take on roles in foundations with a focus on education policy, or work in local education administration. In addition, they are represented in private education companies, in school development and consulting, in independent coaching and consulting activities, and in welfare associations and social institutions. Medical-psychological institutions and state institutions for quality assurance in the school system are also among their professional fields of activity.
