On July 17, 2025, the IFS welcomed Dr. Alexander Robitzsch to the final session of the lecture series “Conceptual and Methodological Advances in Research on Teaching and Learning.” The researcher spoke on the topic of “Group comparisons in educational comparison studies: linking procedures and linking errors” and presented his research findings.
Dr. Alexander Robitzsch conducts research at the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN) in Kiel on topics including methodology in large-scale assessments, item response modeling, linking methods and linking errors, regularization techniques, missing data, multiple imputation, structural equation modeling, multilevel analyses, and statistical software.
