Olena Kryshko receives Care Grant of the DGPs

Care Grant of the DGPs supports Olena Kryshko in creating research time during parental leave for her work on motivational regulation.

Dr. Olena Kryshko receives a Care Grant from the Educational Psychology section of the German Psychological Society (DGPs). The grant supports early‑career researchers in creating dedicated time for their research while managing family caregiving responsibilities.

The funding enables Olena Kryshko in further advancing her research on motivational regulation and completing the publication project on the validation of a German adaptation of the Brief Regulation of Motivation Scale (BRoMS). The study examines multiple sources of validity evidence for the adapted short scale, thus providing a solid basis for its further use in German‑speaking contexts.
