Professor Benjamin Fauth to Speak at the IFS Lecture Series

Professor Benjamin Fauth (University of Education Freiburg) will give a lecture on classroom research and instructional development.

On June 11, the IFS lecture series will feature Professor Benjamin Fauth from the University of Education Freiburg. Professor Fauth will deliver a lecture titled “From Classroom Research to Classroom Development: Nothing Is as Practical as a Good Theory.”

Professor Benjamin Fauth is a professor of empirical educational research with a focus on school development. His research encompasses issues in empirical school and classroom quality research as well as applied evaluation and implementation research.

The IFS lecture series takes place on Thursdays from 2:15–3:45 p.m. in Room 022 of the CDI building. This year, the series focuses on the theme “Paths of School Development.”
