Carina Jüschke and Carina Lohmeier presented at the EARLI Early-Career Researchers' Conference JURE.

The 30th JURE Conference took place in Tartu, Estonia, from July 6 to 10. JURE is the early-career conference format of the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI). Carina Lohmeier and Carina Jüschke, both from the IFS, each gave a presentation.

Carina Jüschke presented her paper “When Schools Close: Changes in Reading Literacy Gaps in Relation to School Disruption during the Pandemic.” Carina Lohmeier presented her paper “The Role of Teachers’ Well-Being in Shaping Students’ Well-Being.”

The conference offered a wide range of insights into current research by early-career scholars from around the world. In addition to exciting presentations and workshops, it provided numerous opportunities for professional exchange and international networking.
