IFS Alumni Meeting – Focus on career paths

A scientific education and successful doctorate at the IFS opens up a variety of attractive career paths within and outside the university. At the IFS alumni meeting, the focus was on career paths outside the university. Two former IFS employees reported on their career paths: Dr. Chantal Lepper  – Bertelsmann Foundation; and Frederik Osadnik  – Der Paritätische. The exchange focused on questions about conditions and challenges, funding and working conditions as well as necessary skills, competencies and experience.
