Lese-KI:DS is designing an evidence-based reading program in which children read AI-generated and personalized texts.

The IFS project team of Lese-KI:DS – Dr. Ulrich Ludewig and Nell Royal – met with the cooperation partners from the Vodafone Foundation – Sarah Franke, Verena Kolb, Johanna Engelhardt and Esther Spang – and the Goethe University Frankfurt – Professor Andreas Dengel and Linda Rustemeier – for the project kick-off in Berlin on April 11. In intensive working sessions, they developed the structure for the reading training program, the detailed project schedule and the website layout. The meeting marks an important milestone in the efforts of all project partners to promote reading skills through innovative research into artificial intelligence.
