Second IFS-Lecture series on ‘Immersive VR simulations’

Prof. Dr Richard Göllner will give the second lecture at the Center for Research on Education and School Development (IFS) on 24 April 2025.

On 24 April, the IFS welcomes Prof. Dr Richard Göllner from the University of Potsdam, who will speak as part of the IFS-Lecture series ‘Conceptual and Methodological Advances in Research on Teaching and Learning’ in the summer semester 2025.

The researcher will speak on the topic of ‘Immersive VR simulations: Opportunities and limitations in experimental teaching-learning research using the example of selected studies' and will present his research findings. Prof. Dr Richard Göllner's research focuses on the analysis and optimisation of teaching-learning processes and research into virtual realities in an educational context. The lecture will take place from 14:15-15:45 in the CDI building in room 022.
