Within the framework of the PhD conference (PromoKon), which took place on January 19, PhD students presented the progress of their dissertation projects in small groups (consisting of one professor, one PhD student and up to six PhD students) using a portfolio and an orientation sheet. They discussed the challenges of their projects and received important advice and support for their projects from the experienced advisors. The doctoral conference takes place at the end of each semester. It is an important component of the structured doctoral program, which in addition to PromoKon also includes a basic/advanced curriculum and seminars.
